Editorial Policy

Last updated:

Ko Myat publishes Ko Myat for adults exploring fitness, gymnastics, and flexibility. This page explains how to interpret the information and report problems.

Scope and limits

Our guides describe general movement concepts and example practice plans. They cannot assess your technique, equipment, symptoms, or suitability for an exercise. We do not diagnose injuries, prescribe rehabilitation, or represent articles as medically reviewed.

Skill checkpoints are suggested ways to organize practice. Passing one does not guarantee that the next exercise is appropriate. A qualified coach can assess skills in person.

Sources and supporting material

Article source lists distinguish general exercise guidance from the example routines written for this site. We link to relevant public health, clinical education, and sports safety resources. These organizations do not endorse Ko Myat or its programs.

Links beside specific statements identify the supporting material. Where only an abstract was available, the citation is limited to that abstract. A source about general strength or stretching does not validate an exact skill sequence, practice amount, or readiness test.

We avoid promising a particular result or a fixed deadline. If an article gives a schedule, adjust it to your recovery and current ability. A safety note does not make a risky exercise suitable for everyone.

AI assistance

The current training guides have been prepared or revised with AI assistance, including assistance with structure, wording, and source research. AI output can contain mistakes. Its use is not evidence of personal coaching experience, independent testing, or clinical review.

Illustrations

Article cover artwork is generated with AI and identified in the image caption. It is illustrative artwork, not a photograph of Ko Myat, a reader, or an actual training session. Some images show a preparation exercise rather than the final skill. Do not copy an image as a complete technique demonstration; follow the article's context and seek qualified coaching.

Dates and corrections

The publication date records the date assigned to the original guide. An updated date is added when its guidance or supporting material changes substantially. A new date does not imply that an article has been reviewed by a clinician.

To request a correction, email [email protected] with the article URL, the passage in question, and any supporting source. We can correct or remove material when a problem is identified. Do not send personal medical records.

Commercial relationships

There are currently no paid advertisements or affiliate links on Ko Myat. Any future sponsored material or affiliate relationship will be disclosed where it appears. Advertising is not a recommendation of a product, service, or training method.
